Each year, Disney’s Dreamers Academy with Steve Harvey and Essence Magazine brings 100 U.S. high school students to the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida for an immersive 4-day program of career workshops and mentoring – introducing students to leaders in fields as diverse as entertainment, engineering, fashion, sports and publishing.
