This week on TALK! with AUDREY: My guest is MAUREEN MCGILL a stylist, a vintage authority, and co-founder of the Manhattan Vintage Clothing Show, and she has supplied clothing to Oscar contenders (and winners!) such as The Aviator, The Good Shepherd, American Gangster, The Great Debaters, Revolutionary Road, Doubt, Julie and Julia, to name a few. The Show is so popular that over 3,000 people pour in during the first hour when the doors open and has become a favorite hunting ground for fashion designers, costume designers and retail customers. The upcoming show will be featuring a special exhibit of the Little Black Dress.
Show hours are: Friday, February 5th, 1-8pm; Saturday, February 6th, 11-6pm. Admission is $20. The Metropolitan Pavilion is located at 125 W. 18th Street between 6th and 7th Avenues in Manhattan.
