A survey recently conducted online by the Harris Poll on behalf of Eisai, Inc. and presented at the 2019 World Sleep Congress called “How America Sleeps and Wakes” found that 90% of patients with insomnia or sleeping difficulties agreed that having a good night’s sleep means having a good day the next morning. Dr. Phyllis Zee, is the Chief of Sleep Medicine with the Department of Neurology at Northwestern University we talk all about the results of the survey.
